This project entails a 100 lot single-family, residential land development project surrounding the historic Longview Pergola, and Old Longview Lake. Project also includes renovation of a 20 acre historic lake and dam and adaptive re-use of a historic architectural feature as a neighborhood amenity and event space.

Pergola Park 4th Plat is currently open and only a few lots remain. 5th plat and 6th plat are in for city approval, with 5th plat scheduled to open in 2022.

INVESTMENT

Capital investment for the project is provided in part by Box Real Estate Development and private partners. Construction lending provided by InTrust Bank, with historic restoration activities funded by a restoration TIF.

Longview Farm was built in 1914 to be 'the World's Most Beautiful Farm'. 105 years later, and after over 65 years of pure obsolescence, a small group of preservationists go to work repairing and restoring what was nearly lost to time.
