GoodVets Lee’s Summit is a 5,300-square foot animal hospital and boarding/grooming facility in the New Longview Commercial District. GoodVets, a Chicago-based animal hospital operator, opened the Lee’s Summit clinic as its first location outside of Chicago Led by local veterinarian Dr. Antonio DeMarco.
Box Real Estate Development provided fee development/owner-rep services for a group of private local investors. The project included site selection, lease negotiations and primary Tenant coordination, concept design, financial modeling, selection and management of the contractor/design team, securing of entitlements, and construction management through substantial completion.
The project was delivered on schedule and under budget. GoodVets opened May, 2019.
GoodVets Lee’s Summit earned a merit award from the 2021 dvm360® Hospital Design Competition.
